Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop long-term partnerships with key clients.
2. Addressing the clients’ needs, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining a constant flux of accurate and timely communication.
3. Be a liaison between the company’s internal divisions and the commercial relationships with clients.
4. Manage and organize large amounts of data, feedback, materials & information related to the clients’ on-going projects.
5. Achieve designated targets and overall objectives in terms of customer satisfaction and client retention.
6. Understand customer needs/expectations and provide tailor made solutions.
7. Build client trust and increase the clients’ perception of added-value through after-sales care.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s Degree (and above) in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
2.Minimum 2 years related work experience; account management/commercial/sales management experience (PV / energy storage BESS ).
3. Fluency in English.
4.Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented person with good memory, who can cope with, organize and understand large amounts of data & information at the same time.
5. Excellent customer service attitude and strong at problem solving.
6. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
7.Focused on proactiveness, accuracy & speed of results.
8.Good communication and presentation skills.
