We hereby declare that Sunlabs, Menlo Electric, Krannich Solar, BayWa r.e., and Sunhub are the authorized representatives of our brand in North America.
We acknowledge the significant role played by Sunlabs, Menlo Electric, Krannich Solar, BayWa r.e., and Sunhub in promoting and distributing our products in North America and fully support their efforts in doing so.
In accordance with this, we grant Sunlabs, Menlo Electric, Krannich Solar, BayWa r.e., and Sunhub the right to use the logo of the authorized distributor for ZNSHINE SOLAR in North America, which will contribute to promoting our products and services through their network of partners and customers.
Furthermore, we would like to clarify that after-sales services for our products in North America will be provided exclusively by our authorized distributors. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers in North America to contact authorized distributors directly for any assistance related to our products.
