Znshine Solar and Naftogaz group have signed a contract for the supply of 33.28MW solar module for Solar Photovoltaic Plant “CHUDNIV” in the Zhytomyr region, Ukraine.
The PV plant, due to be ready for operation in November 2020, will be equipped by 73,913 pieces of Znshine’s high-performance 9BB mono PERC modules to produce an estimated generation of 90 GWh annually.
Naftogaz Group, one of Ukraine’s largest state-owned gas and oil provider, is a vertically integrated oil and gas company engaged in the full cycle of operations in gas and oil field exploration and development, production and exploratory drilling, gas and oil transport and storage, the supply of natural gas and LPG to consumers. Naftogaz entered the solar business in late 2017.
The general contractor of the project is the Ukrainian EPC company – SPP Engineering. SPP Engineering is part of the SPP Development Ukraine group of companies, which is a leading company in Ukraine in the development of renewable energy projects, their construction, as well as operation and maintenance.
